A future in the wine industry is a dream come true for me. I have extensive travel experience, speak 3 languages, and enjoy nothing more than sharing my love and knowledge of wines. My vinic studies took place at California State Polytechnic University. With several accreditations to my name, including a Certificate from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) London, I inspire confidence in my readers on my blog WinePros.org.
My experience traverses continents, years, and countless bottles of wine. I have helped restaurants, bars, and private clients expand their wine portfolios, and I instinctively understand how to find the perfect wine. My extensive experience in the Food and Beverage field has given me opportunities to work with chefs in making selections and wine pairings for their menus.
While my expectations of wine producers are consistently high, my approach to enjoying wine is far more down to earth. I love nothing more than inspiring others to learn about wine and do not believe it is an elite privilege. I want to encourage one and all to savor the taste of wine. I also believe that everyone should be awed by the history of this “nectar of the gods.” My passion and knowledge infuse every glass of wine I pour.
Drinking wine is not just a passion. It is my raison d’etre. Quoting the poet Rumi from centuries ago I often say, “Either give me more wine or leave me alone.”
